As part of Science Week 2019 activities, myself, Niamh Shaw & Romain Charles spoke with co-host Daithí O'Sé on RTÉ One's afternoon show, TODAY about our space science and baking event 'Baking in Space'. This event toured nationally in Dublin at Smock Alley Theatre, at the Galway Science Festival and at the Cork Science Festival.
